Dr. Ruth Solomon founded AprilMD with a clear vision: create the practice she always wished her own family could access. Too many patients — especially working adults and families — were falling through the cracks of a system built around profits, not care. AprilMD is named after her mother, Rosetta Solomon, in honor of the month of her birth. Rosetta shaped how Dr. Solomon sees medicine and what every patient deserves from their physician: tenderness, respect, presence, and care that feels personal. Before founding AprilMD, Dr. Solomon trained in Family Medicine with a focus on whole-person primary care, chronic disease management, and preventive health. She has spent her career pursuing one clear standard: medicine that feels personal, respectful, and deeply human. Today, she sees a limited panel of patients — by design. Fewer patients means more time, more attention, and better outcomes for everyone she serves.
