Help independent healthcare practices get set up and connected to Radi8, then learn how a healthcare technology company turns what it hears from practices into product and growth decisions.
About Radi8 Health
- Radi8 Health builds AI for independent healthcare practices. Practices run on systems that don't talk to each other, and Radi8 is the intelligence layer built to read across them.
- Each practice gets a Practice Hub built around four pillars: Audit (where revenue is slipping), Friction (where patients drop off), Automation (what AI can take off the team's plate) and Growth (where to win more patients). Olivia, the practice's AI Practice Manager, works on top of it. She prepares the work, and the practice team approves it.
- We're a small team, so interns work alongside the people running the company, not on side projects.
The internship
- About 40 hours over the semester, arranged with you and your college. Most weeks that's a few hours, scheduled around your classes.
- Remote. Calls with practices happen during their business hours (Eastern time), and the rest of the work can be done whenever suits you.
- We're starting with 2 interns. If this first group goes well, we plan to open more places in future cohorts.
- Unpaid. We'll work with your college so the internship counts, through a transcript notation or academic credit.
What you'll do
- Call and email practices that are signing up or getting set up with Radi8, and follow up with the ones partway through.
- Find out which systems and tools a practice uses today, such as its website platform, Google Business Profile, Google Analytics and social accounts.
- Schedule setup sessions, and help practice staff connect the right systems to their Practice Hub, step by step.
- Track what each practice has connected and what is still outstanding, and follow up on missing access.
- Keep onboarding records accurate and organized.
- Hand technical problems to the right Radi8 team member, with clear notes, rather than guessing.
- Help each practice reach fully connected, ready for Olivia to start work.
The strategy side
- As you go, you'll learn how Radi8 turns what it hears from practices into business and product decisions.
- You'll look across conversations, onboarding notes and client requests and ask: What problems keep coming up? Where do practices lose time or revenue? What could be automated? Which integrations matter most? What new services, features or playbooks would help?
- The path you'll practice: client conversation, then information collection, structured analysis, opportunity identification, and a recommendation.
- You'll finish with a short written recommendation, based on real patterns you saw, presented to Radi8's leadership.
What you'll learn

- Systems analysis: how a practice's tools fit together.
- Product discovery and business strategy.
- Workflow automation and growth strategy.
What you won't do
- You won't make clinical decisions or give medical advice.
- You won't handle patient records. The setup work covers a practice's business systems, such as its website, Google and social accounts.
Who it's for
- Currently enrolled college students interested in business, marketing, entrepreneurship, healthcare, technology, AI, analytics, product management, consulting or operations.
- You don't need to code. Clear communication, curiosity, professionalism, follow-through, and being comfortable talking with practice owners and staff matter more.
